Delivery areas
We deliver to Almaty, Astana and other cities in Kazakhstan by courier. Outside Almaty and Astana, delivery is by a partner courier service.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 14:00 in Almaty are delivered the next business day. In Astana, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. Other cities usually take 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery fees
Almaty: 1,000 KZT, free for orders over 15,000 KZT. Astana: 1,500 KZT, free for orders over 20,000 KZT. Other cities: charged by the courier service and confirmed when we call you.
Pickup
You can pick up your order at our store in Almaty. Choose pickup at checkout and we will call you when the order is ready. Store address and hours are on the contacts page.
Payment methods
Pay online by card at checkout, pay the courier in cash, or pay the courier by card.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned for food safety reasons, but we will replace a product that arrived damaged.
