Do you deliver outside Almaty?
Yes. We deliver to Astana and other cities by courier. Delivery times and fees are on the delivery page.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 14:00 are sent the same day in Almaty and delivered the next business day. Other cities usually take 2 to 4 business days.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout, or ask our team to hold your order at the store. We will call you when it is ready.
Are the products whole grain?
The flours, oats, grains and seeds are whole-grain products. Each product page lists its ingredients and allergens, and the label on the pack is always the reference.
Which products are gluten-free?
Products with the gluten-free label are marked on their product pages. Mixes that do not carry the label may contain wheat, so check the pack before buying.
How should I store flours and seeds?
Keep flours and grains in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Store an opened bag of almond flour or chia seeds in the fridge.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us by email or phone and we will arrange the return.
Do you sell wholesale?
